lose or misplace the cottage key?<\/p><\/p>\n  \t\t\t<span id=\"tooltip-text-2e00818\" class=\"eael-tooltip-text eael-tooltip-left\" role=\"tooltip\">The person who made the reservation is responsible for the key and the cottage during the reservation period. If the key is left inside the cottage, a fee of 30 \u20ac will be charged for unlocking the door (40 \u20ac during the night from 11 PM to 6 AM and on public holidays). If necessary, please reserve a separate sleeping place for your pet, as pets are not allowed on the bed or sofa. <\/p><p>A fee of 10 \u20ac per night will be charged for pets staying in the holiday villas and cottages. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet or additional laundry costs for cleaning textiles. <\/p><p>A pet's illness is not a valid reason for cancelling a reservation.
